ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2021-2024 Ford F-150 4WD suspension systems are designed with maximum performance and the serious driver in mind. ICON's primary focus is to increase wheel travel and damping ability, which translates into outstanding vehicle control and ride quality both on and off-road. To achieve this, these systems include high-strength CNC machined ductile iron steering knuckles that replicate the suspension geometry of the F-150 Tremor and are effectively a Tremor “conversion” for your F-150 4WD. This Stage 5 system includes vehicle-specific tuned 2.5” coilover shocks featuring CDEV equipped remote reservoirs for exceptional cooling properties and ICON-engineered coil springs for superior vehicle “feel” through the range of travel. These coilovers are also height adjustable for 3.5-4.5” of front lift over stock, allowing the use of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combos. Their combination with the ICON steering knuckles also allows for a 20% increase in wheel travel compared to other ICON F-150 coilover kits. Tubular Delta Joint Pro upper control arms on the F-150 not only add strength and durability, but help retain factory alignment spec range, increasing caster over stock and allow for the extra lift height this system provides. ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV piggyback reservoir rear shocks utilize a vehicle-specific valving and offer increased damping and head dissipation. Focus on driving and let ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) read the terrain and make near-instant adjustments via the Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) at each individual shock. Control the system wirelessly through the IIC app on your phone and once configured the system functions without driver input. ICON Multi-Rate Leaf Springs allow rear spring rate and ride height customization, improve ride quality, and reduce axle wrap by eliminating the factory rear blocks. Rear ride height is kept within an acceptable range using the ICON billet aluminum 1" lowering shackles.
