Description
The system allows for up to a 40% increase in front wheel travel over stock without overstressing OE components and features adjustable front ride heights from 5-6 inches of lift. Through innovative engineering, the system achieves a full 6 inches of front lift with only 4 inches of crossmember drop, maximizing ground clearance while minimizing CV joint angles. Tubular upper control arms equipped with ICON's patented Delta Joint Pro (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700) provide increased strength, exceptional durability, improved caster correction for enhanced drivability, and 90 degrees of total articulation for unrestricted suspension movement. The system maintains factory track width while optimized suspension geometry nearly eliminates the bump steer common to stock Tundras. High-strength one-piece ductile iron steering knuckles, high-clearance CNC laser-cut and brake-formed 1/4-inch steel crossmembers, and an integrated front skid plate provide the strength and protection required for demanding off-road conditions. High-angle greaseable outer tie rods, sway bar drop brackets, heavy-duty front and rear bump stop brackets, improved rear sway bar links and mounts, and a rear track bar bracket work together to maintain proper suspension geometry and reduce bind throughout the suspension's range of motion.
This Part Fits:
- ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) uses onboard sensors to monitor G-forces and movement of vehicle chassis along with user defined settings to actively make on-the-fly, near instantaneous compression damping adjustments on CDEV-equipped shocks
- ICON engineered custom triple rate rear coil springs provide progressive spring rates for a comfortable ride on-road as well as stability and control during aggressive off-road driving
- ICON's Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) technology allows for in vehicle adjustment of compression damping settings and active adjustment via IIC
- 2.5 Series front coilovers and rear shocks with remote reservoirs for superior damping and vehicle control along with improved shock cooling
- Optimized design to fit 37" tires with full articulation (larger tires may fit but fender trimming and modifications will be required)
- Patented Delta Joint Pro (U.S. Pat. 10,731,700) provides improved durability and serviceability with 90 degrees of total articulation
- Adjustable front ride heights from 5-6” of front lift over stock (up to 6" of lift with only 4" of crossmember drop)
- On-vehicle adjustable billet rear track bar properly centers rear axle while also improve rear suspension performance
- Hight clearance front crossmembers and front skid plate, CNC Laser Cut and brake-formed from 1/4-inch steel plate
- Tubular UCAs with Delta Joint Pro for added strength, durability, and caster correction for improved drivability
- Improved rear sway bar links and mounts, and rear track bar bracket to reduce bind in the rear suspension
- System allows for up to 40% increase in front wheel travel over stock without overstressing OE components
- Tubular rear upper and lower links improve rear end articulation and allow for pinion angle adjustment
- Optimized suspension geometry nearly eliminates the bump steer found in stock Tundras
- High angle outer tie-roads feature durable, metal on metal greaseable tie rod ends
- Single piece high-strength ductile iron steering knuckles with built-in 4" drop
- Included sway bar drop brackets reduce bind in OE sway bar links
- Front and rear heavy-duty bump stop brackets
- Maintains factory track width
